[Useful Case] Introduction of Rainwater Purification Treatment System, Regular Inspections Underway

Neutralizing pH values by contacting with embedded pH increasers! Case study of rainwater filtration system delivery.

We would like to introduce a case where we delivered a rainwater purification treatment system to an equipment design office. We received an inquiry about utilizing rainwater for general water use in a new construction project, which led us to propose and install our product. The pH increasing agent uses natural materials, which moderately raises the pH value upon contact with rainwater, eliminating the risk of excessive pH increase. This means that pH control, which is necessary when using chemical agents, is not required, making maintenance easy. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installed Equipment: Rainwater Purification Treatment System ■ Inquiry Details: Request to utilize rainwater for general water use in a new construction project ■ Key Points of Proposal ・Installation of neutralization cylinder ・Safe neutralizing agent *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

On-site purification treatment device "PPP (Sleepy)"

The processing tank has been made more compact while achieving greater processing capacity.

PPP (Sleepy) is a device that allows the evaporation and diffusion of treated wastewater on sites without sewage systems, where even if a septic tank is installed, there is no outlet for discharge. It consists of a super high-density polyethylene container with a diameter of 600 mm and a height of 900 mm, along with a high-void crushed stone filling layer. Processing Steps: The treated wastewater from the combined septic tank is sprayed from the top of the treatment device, where a scum removal net adsorbs impurities, and a carrier sponge performs adsorption and filtration of suspended solids (SS), followed by decomposition by microorganisms. By installing a waterproof sheet at the bottom of the treatment layer, the treated water is stored in the high-void crushed stone layer and gradually diffuses into the soil from the walls of the treatment layer, ultimately evaporating into the atmosphere. To ensure that the water quality is conducive to easy diffusion into the soil within the treatment device, stable functionality is maintained. PPP (Sleepy) has been installed in Tochigi Prefecture, Ibaraki Prefecture, Gunma Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, Yamagata Prefecture, Shizuoka Prefecture, Miyagi Prefecture, Kanagawa Prefecture, Aichi Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, and others.
